Essential workshop preparations
To ensure you’re ready, please complete these steps a few days before the workshop:
- Download and install SIRIUS 6: Download the latest version of SIRIUS. Installing SIRIUS is generally straightforward and should take no more than 10 minutes.
- Create a user account: User accounts can be created via the SIRIUS GUI or the user portal.
- Academic users: All advanced structure elucidation feature are free for academic use. Please use your institutional email account. In some cases account validation may take a while, so please ensure to do this in advance.
- Non-academic users: A temporary workshop account will be provided for your convenience for each workshop. The license assigned to this account starts one day before the worksop and remains active during the whole workshop.
- Download workshop data: Download and extract the workshop-specific data which will be crucial for hands-on exercises.
